At the time of this writing, there is no provisioning for the MeetingPoint in 3CX so the phone has to be manually configured, but fear not, its not that hard.
In this tutorial Kerry walks you through the 3CX interface to show how to configure an extension and setup the extension to create the proper configuration files for the snom 3xx series phones.
